We also offer sewer camera detection. With over 200 feet of cable, finding an obstruction is not a problem. Our sewer camera service will find every leak, obstruction, and branch fitting or simply locate an underground pipe. We can complete this job from nearly anywhere in your building without disrupting surrounding work areas.

Virtual Design Construction

We are proud to be one of the first companies in Southwest Missouri to prefabricate plumbing and piping systems with the help of Building Information Modeling (BIM). We prefer to build whatever we can within our shop, which we know to be a safe, controlled environment equipped with all the necessary tools and materials.

Prefabrication allows us to meet demanding schedules by having large, critical components of systems completed and ready for installation ahead of the project schedule.

Typical prefabrication items are sanitary waste and vents above and below grade, water mains and assemblies, bathroom groups, and fixture carriers. Let us know your needs, and we will make it happen.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is revolutionizing how buildings and infrastructure are planned, designed and built. BIM uses an intelligent 3D model with real time data to help coordinate and maintain projects from the design stages to fabrication.

The construction business is becoming increasingly complex. With BIM, Connelly Waldinger has the ability to have a much greater accuracy in estimation through 3D conceptualization, maintain accurate information and keep projects on track with tight schedules and budgets.

We have the ability to do in house 3D modeling and detailing of our trade using Autodesk Fabrication CADmep. With BIM and our ability to pre-fabricate plumbing and piping systems, we are able to stay ahead of job schedules and control costs.

Connelly-Waldinger also utilizes the Trimble MEP Job Site Solutions - Total Station layout tool. This allows us to lay out core holes and hangers and verify the exact location of below grade piping stub ups directly from the model. Point location systems can also be saved in the field and used in the as-built model.

Mechanical Services

Connelly-Waldinger is a full-service mechanical contractor installing HVAC and mechanical systems for new construction, infill or specialty manufacturing needs. We have a full sheet metal fabrication facility that can produce custom ductwork and sheet metal products.
